Pets & Flowers - What to watch for!

Did you know that in the United States, seven out of every 10 households own a pet? From providing emotional support to offering unconditional love, pets are an integral part of their owners' lives and are often treated like family members. It's worth noting that more men than women tend to buy flowers, and the majority of recipients of floral gifts also own pets. With this in mind, it's important to be aware of the potential toxicity of certain flowers, particularly when placing an order. Some toxic flowers to be aware of include Aloe Vera, Amaryllis, Azalea, Baby's Breath, Begonia, Birds of Paradise, Carnation, Chrysanthemum, Daffodils, Dieffenbachia, Eucalyptus, Iris, Ivy, Mother in Law's Tongue/Snake Plant, Narcissus, Oleander, Poinsettia, Tulips, and Wisteria. It's worth noting that Baby's Breath is generally only toxic to dogs
